Orders & Shipping

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, we can't make changes or cancel an order after it's been submitted.

How long will it take for my order to arrive

Currently, orders can take 2-7 business days to process before shipping. From there, shipping times are dependent upon location. You can find more detailed shipping information at checkout, or see our shipping policy.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@houseofvv.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. **Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders, so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you’ve been waiting a little too long.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not offer international shipping outside of Canada and United States at this time. Please check our shipping policy for more information.

My order never arrived. What now?

Oh no! We’re sorry to hear that. Our shipping carriers work independently from House of VV, but here are a few solutions we can offer:

If your package has been marked delivered and it's only been a day or two, sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for it in the next few hours.

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since the label was created, chances are it was lost in transit. Please send an email to info@houseofvv.ca so we can help you look into this.

If the shipping address was a temporary location or a PO Box, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?

All are products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or changed your mind.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@houseofvv.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

There is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.

My package arrived damaged, what should I do?

Oh no! We're sorry to hear that.
